Talent Acquisition Specialist

N2 is seeking mentally tough Talent Acquisition Specialists – or as we like to call them, Strategic Growth Specialists–  to work out of N2’s Home Office in Wilmington, North Carolina. The mission: join forces with our small but mighty Strategic Growth team to help source, recruit, and interview both passive and active candidates for our Area Director role. In a typical day, you would:

  •        Conduct multiple 30-minute phone interviews with candidates while taking notes.
  •        Execute cold calls to prospective candidates.
  •        Meet with the team to discuss recruiting strategies and review recruiting goals.
  •        Work in our applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) to identify potential candidates.

Some weeks you will be on fire with cold calling, and others an interview extraordinaire – it’s all about the ebb and flow!

To land this gig, you need to:

  •        Exhibit all-star communication skills both over the phone and in email.
  •        Truly enjoy speaking to and creating connections with people.
  •        Regularly exercise mental toughness.
  •        Be resourceful and adaptable in an environment of change.
  •        Be a quick learner with a desire to grow.
  •        Know the ins and outs of Microsoft Office products, most notably Excel and Word.
  •        Have a “we, not me” attitude.

Not required, but we’d love it if you have experience in:

  •        Cold calling.
  •       Conducting employment interviews.
  •        Navigating applicant tracking systems.
