At N2, our Support team plays the role of coach and human Swiss Army knife, through written and verbal communication, to ensure our Area Directors are fully equipped to run their businesses. What’s an Area Director, you ask? Check out the role here to learn more about just who it is this team supports! While you should be a Jack (or Jill) of all trades, we hope you’ll find your passion and take the lead in a specialty, such as focusing on accounting or billing questions.
Our Support Representatives are online Monday through Friday, with the occasional weekend coverage as needed. After you’re trained, the eight-hour shifts for this role are flexible to range anywhere from 7:00am to 7:00pm EST, with a lunch / dinner break because we all know food is important! There would be some additional flexibility to work the evening hours from the comfort of your home.
