Support Representative

Are you a “people person” who is passionate about helping others find solutions? If you answered yes to these questions, we’re looking for you to join N2 as our newest Support Representative!

At N2, our Support team plays the role of coach and human Swiss Army knife, through written and verbal communication, to ensure our Area Directors are fully equipped to run their businesses. What’s an Area Director, you ask? Check out the role here to learn more about just who it is this team supports! While you should be a Jack (or Jill) of all trades, we hope you’ll find your passion and take the lead in a specialty, such as focusing on accounting or billing questions. 

Our Support Representatives are online Monday through Friday, with the occasional weekend coverage as needed. After you’re trained, the eight-hour shifts for this role are flexible to range anywhere from 7:00am to 7:00pm EST, with a lunch / dinner break because we all know food is important! There would be some additional flexibility to work the evening hours from the comfort of your home.

In a typical day, you would:

  • Train Area Directors in our processes and procedures via phone conferences.
  • Respond to a steady stream of questions, concerns, complaints, and everything in between via phone and email.
  • Work both individually and within a close-knit team to identify trends, analyze data, and solve problems.
  • Coach Area Directors on tasks and reports related to their commissions to help their businesses stay healthy. 
  • Build one-on-one relationships with Area Directors, representing the Home Office as a helpful and supportive resource.. 

To land this gig, you need to:

  • Truly enjoy helping others.
  • Be a quick learner with a desire to grow.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and keen problem-solving skills.
  • Not be afraid to make decisions based on your knowledge and training.
  • Show all-star communication skills both over the phone and in email.
  • Know the ins and outs of Microsoft Office products, most notably Excel and Word.
  • Be resourceful and adaptable in an environment of change.
  • Provide sound guidance in complex situations.
