Owner Andrew Zacharias started the Montgomery County branch of Aussie Pet Mobile after experiencing total burnout from a corporate position as a Regional Sales Manager. His past job took him to the northeastern US and Europe, but he always came back to Texas because he simply loved it. He lives here with his wife of thirteen years, Elizabeth, and his two young sons, Levi, four, and August, two. The couple also has many pets, as you would expect, including Woody, a red healer, and 2 cats, Snowball and Jackie. The family spends most of their time together doing kid-centered activities, such as play dates, and being active members of their church.

Andrew attributes the success of his business to his outstanding team of eight local employees, whom he hopes to offer good long-term professional careers. He loves hearing from happy customers praising the amazing grooming skills of his team, and he always makes sure to share the positive feedback with everyone. And even when times are tough, Andrew still views his worst day running Aussie Pet Mobile as better than a good day selling chemicals to the oil field.
